Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order or return any purchases made from our online shop, such as by phone or mail order, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. The cooling off period of 14 days does not apply for goods made to order or clearly personalized.
The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.
To cancel your purchase you must inform us, by email, about your intention. It is not enough just to send us the products back

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days for a full money refund. If 30 days have gone by, since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items: goods made to order or clearly personalised are non-returnable or refundable. In the case of Gift cards in order for the return to be completed, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Such as any items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a full refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in case you chose a different way of shipping (expedited or express shipping), than the standard one.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
